Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your pet to love every Snoofen order. If you're not happy, you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Because our products are made to be used by pets, lightly used items are fine, just tell us what went wrong so we can make it right.

How to start a return
Email contact@snoofen.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with simple next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your guarantee request is approved), we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We'll email you as soon as it's done.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or full refund, no return needed.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For damaged, defective or wrong items, we cover the cost.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then email us and we'll track it down.
